Student Journalist at American University
I am a student journalist with an ultimate ambition to uplift the voices of those who are unable to speak for themselves. As a sophomore at American University, I am a news writer with our student-led newspaper "the Eagle" and a reporter with investigative journalism outlet "AWOL." I report on a wide range of topics including administrative changes, the impact of developments during President Trump's second term, and important issues on campus such as academic freedom. I've also been entrusted to interview high profile individuals, including activist Jim Obergefell and formerly detained Marine Veteran Paul Whelan. I'm originally from Randolph, NJ and when I'm not out reporting, I can be found reading, playing with my pug Maybelline, or looking for my new favorite restaurant.
